At Taste of Royals, we strive to deliver nothing less than excellence and aim to create a memorable shopping experience for you. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide easy exchange and refund options to ensure you always receive the quality you trust us for.
We offer a full refund within 8–10 working days for orders falling under the following cases:
Changed your mind before billing?
No worries! Cancellations made before billing are fully refundable.
What if my order is out of stock?
If the product you ordered is no longer available, we’ll issue a refund immediately to keep your experience hassle-free.
Order didn’t pass our quality check?
Since quality comes before quantity, every product undergoes a final inspection before dispatch. If your item doesn’t clear this check, we’ll refund the full amount for that order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we go the extra mile to make sure you love what you keep. To make exchanges smooth and convenient, here’s what you need to know:
Fresh or Discounted Products
We accept exchanges for both fresh and discounted items, provided they fall under the eligible cases.
Wrong Size?
We’ve got you covered. Easily exchange your product for the correct size.
Not satisfied with the style or color?
We understand tastes may differ. You can exchange your purchase for another product that better suits your preference.
Received a wrong or defective product?
Don’t worry—such items are always eligible for exchange. However, to initiate this, customers are required to *first share clear photos of the defective/wrong product* with our team for verification before the return or replacement process begins.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To keep the process simple, please email your request to tor.delhi88@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll confirm receipt and process the exchange without delay.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Requests for wrong/defective products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for guaranteed support. Requests beyond this window may be declined.
Customers must share photos of the defective/wrong product while raising a request to ensure smooth processing.
Exchanges are valid for products of the same or higher value. If you choose a lower-value product, the balance will be credited to your Taste of Royals wallet.
Products must be returned in their original condition with bills, tags, and packaging intact. Non-compliance may lead to denial of exchange/return.
In-store purchases must be exchanged at the store, while online purchases must follow the online exchange process.
For wrong/defective products, reverse pick-up will be arranged by us. For other exchange/return reasons, delivery costs are borne by the customer.
Once the returned product clears our Quality Check, the amount will be credited to your Taste of Royals account wallet for future purchases.
All exchange requests are processed within 24–48 hours after the returned product reaches us and passes QC.
